After 15 years in beverage marketing and innovation roles for Danone in their waters business, and Diageo with alcohol, Nick decided to combine the two and set up his own business, in boozy water! High Water Hard Seltzer was born in Nov 2020. Setting up and launching a new company during a global pandemic had it’s challenges but the business is gaining real traction now and Nick loves to discuss how the theory of big corporate innovation can be built upon by the freedom of small business when it comes to creating new brands.
